Martijn de Lange is a Managing Director of BMS in Asia and leads the Tax Liability Insurance practice.
Martijn has over 13 years of combined insurance, legal and tax experience, with a focus on Tax and M&A and has advised numerous private equity and corporate investors on tax and transactional risk insurance solutions, including Tax Liability Insurance.
Prior to joining BMS, Martijn worked for one of the largest global insurance broking firms, being the first tax broker in Asia. Before that, he practised in a leading law firm in London, the Netherlands and Hong Kong and headed the Asia Tax and M&A team for an MNC headquartered in Europe.
Martijn holds master’s degrees in Tax Law and Corporate Law (cum laude) and speaks English, Dutch and (basic) Spanish.
